Privacy Policy

Who we are

BeeLink is a business-to-business marketplace operated by BeeLink Solutions (“BeeLink”, “we”). This policy covers the BeeLink website at beelinkconnect.com and the BeeLink mobile applications, which share one account system and one database.

Information we collect

• Account data: first and last name, business email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider) and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the identifier and email that provider shares with us.
• Company profile data: company name, website, LinkedIn, country, phone number if you provide one, buyer or provider type, services needed or offered, verticals, campaigns, geography, volume, capacity, pricing model, budget or payout expectations, traffic sources, payment terms, compliance capabilities, languages, seats and availability.
• Usage data: registration date, onboarding completion status, last active date, subscription status and verification status.
• Support data: messages you send to us or to other members through BeeLink.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers, and BeeLink contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How we use your information

We use it to create and secure your account, to build your company profile, to generate buyer and provider matches, to enable connections and messaging between members, to operate subscriptions where applicable, and to provide support. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Visibility of your profile

BeeLink is currently in its network-building pilot phase. During the pilot, real member companies are not shown in the public marketplace; the marketplace displays clearly labelled sample profiles only. Your real company information is visible to you, to BeeLink administrators, and to members you explicitly connect with once the marketplace opens. These restrictions are enforced by database access rules, not only by the interface.

Storage, processors and retention

Data is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database and authentication service, with transactional email delivered by our email provider. These providers process data only on our instructions. We keep your information for as long as your account exists and delete or anonymise it after an account deletion request.

Your rights

You can access and correct your information in your BeeLink profile settings, and you can permanently delete your account and data yourself at any time using "Delete my account" in Settings, in the app or on the website. You can also request a copy of your data, or deletion, by emailing beelink@beelinksolutions.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing.

Children and changes

BeeLink is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
