1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and BeeLink Solutions covering your use of BeeLink on beelinkconnect.com and in the BeeLink mobile applications. By creating an account you accept them.
2. Eligibility and accounts
BeeLink is for business use by people aged 18 or over acting on behalf of a company. You must provide accurate company information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.
3. What BeeLink does
BeeLink matches buyers with providers such as call centers, BPOs, lead generators, publishers, agencies and media buyers, and lets matched members connect and message. BeeLink is an introduction platform: we are not a party to any agreement, purchase or payment between members, and we do not guarantee the quality, volume, legality or performance of anything traded between them. You are responsible for your own due diligence and contracts.
4. Pilot phase and availability
BeeLink is in a network-building pilot phase. During the pilot, registration and profile creation are free, the marketplace shows clearly labelled sample profiles, and matching features may be limited or change. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
5. Subscriptions
When paid plans are activated, subscriptions are sold on the BeeLink website, are billed monthly in advance, renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancellable at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. No purchases are made inside the mobile applications.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misrepresent your company, submit unlawful or fraudulent offers, scrape or harvest member data, send spam, bypass access controls, or use BeeLink in breach of applicable marketing, telemarketing, data protection or consumer protection laws. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the company information and content you submit, and you grant BeeLink a licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate matching, connections and messaging in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability and termination
BeeLink is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You may stop using BeeLink and request account deletion at any time; we may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
